There is no established diet that cures Parkinson’s. Nutrition can still matter for general health, constipation, weight, swallowing and medication-meal considerations.
Balanced eating
A varied diet and adequate hydration support general health. For some people, protein-rich meals may affect levodopa absorption; medication and meal timing should be individualized with a clinician or dietitian.
